Terms & Conditions
You must read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to placing any order.
1: Currency
All prices are based on Australian Dollars ($). Payments will be made in Australian Dollars
(Credit cards: your credit card provider will charge sales in your local currency and may charge a fee to perform the conversion).
2: Payments
We only accept payments by credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Bankcard) over the phone, or by fax.
If you wish to pay cheque, please E-mail info@gameracer..com.au we will then contact you and advise on how to proceed.
3: Invoicing
An invoice will be provided for all goods shipped. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient - please indicate this by providing a separate delivery address when prompted during the checkout process. Invoices are always sent to the cardholders address.
4: Warranties/Guarantees.
In addition to the provisions of current Australian consumer protection legislation, we will honour the full manufacturers warranty on any product that we supply. Furthermore, we will replace any goods that we consider to be of unmerchantable quality.
*The Lifetime Guarantee applies to the frame only and not to the seat or any electrical component. To make a structural warranty claim please contact us info@gameracer.com.au
5: Quality of Goods, fitness for purpose.
The goods we supply are original manufacturers stock suitable for the purposes described on this website and in the manufacturers literature (if any), provided that the equipment/goods are used in accordance with any instructions supplied and in accordance with good and normal practice.
GameRacer products are intended for private home use, not for commercial use.
6: GST
Prices on this site are inclusive of GST. GST will be displayed for your order during the checkout process.
7: Duties and Local Taxes
If local taxes and/or duties are due, you will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of the destination country.
8: Freight charges
The final price quoted on the checkout page is the price of the goods excluding delivery.

9: Damage in Transit
If you do receive damaged goods please contact GameRacer Australia As Soon As Possible on 02 9482 7251.
10: Returns and Refunds
We will only refund goods which are damaged and returned to us within 96 hours of receipt.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of order placement, as long as you notify us using the following e-mail address: cancellations@gameracer.com.au ensuring you quote your name, address and order number. Provided the goods have not been despatched we will refund your order within 28 days of the receipt of cancellation. If the goods have been despatched you will need to return the goods unopened to us. We will then refund your order within 28 days of receipt of the returned unopened order.
If you are returning damaged, incorrect or faulty upon delivery goods, once we have inspected and verified your claim that the goods are in less than perfect merchantable condition, will arrange a credit or refund (whichever you prefer) of the full purchase price paid for the goods.
Please note that the refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded to your credit card account).
If the goods are being returned as faulty under the 12 month manufacturers’ warranty, we will not refund your delivery charge, however we will deliver your repaired/replacement goods at no further cost to you once we have verified your claim.

11: Payment
Under normal circumstances, all goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
12: Goods Not Available For Shipment
Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stocks of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within 14 days of your order we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to advise you on the situation and discuss how you wish to proceed.
If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items which are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.
13: Confidentiality
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We will never supply your personal details to any third party. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
14: Statutory Rights
Our terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
15: Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by Australian Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to Australian legal processes and under the jurisdiction of Australian Courts.
